How Bloom tutoring works

From first click to first lesson in under 24 hours.

01
Tell us what's needed
Subject, level, where the student is struggling, and what good progress looks like. Takes two minutes.
02
We shortlist the right tutors
We match based on subject expertise, teaching style, and the student's learning preferences, not just who's free.
03
Start with a free trial
Your first session is free. If it doesn't feel right, we find a different tutor at no cost. Zero pressure.

Questions parents ask first

01
Are all Bloom tutors DBS checked?
Yes. Every tutor is DBS checked, interview screened, and reviewed by our team before going live on the platform.
02
What if the tutor isn't the right fit?
We'll match you with someone else at no cost. Getting the right fit matters more than locking you in quickly.
03
How long are sessions and how often?
Most students do 60-minute weekly sessions, but we flex around schedules. Intensive revision blocks and fortnightly check-ins are both available.
04
Can I see progress between lessons?
Parents receive lesson summaries after every session, with updates on what was covered and what to focus on next.
